Kanye West's popularity plummets because of Kim K - study
Recent studies show Kanye West's popularity
among his core audience has plummeted by
66% since he started dating his baby mama,
Kim K.
From The National Enquirer
Kanye West's popularity on the
downslide after getting horizontal with
Kim K - industry analysis. In less than
two years, the 19-time Grammy-award
winner’s likability has nosedived by a
whopping 66 percent, according to the
influential Q scores, a closely watched
measure of recognition and popularity
that marketers use to evaluate
celebrities’ appeal.
Before West began dating the 33-year-
old Kardashian star in April 2012, his
score was high — a 17 among women
aged 18-49.What’s more, the 36-year-
old father-of-one was rated even more
lofty — a score of 19 — among men
18-34 dating as far back as February
2011.
But shockingly, West’s popularity has
plummeted to a mere 3 among women
18-49, the latest results from September
reveal. He’s hemorrhaged popularity
among his core fan base of men too, but
not as significantly as women: West’s
most recent Q Score among the 18-34
male demographic was a lowly 13.
wo Americans kidnapped from ship off Nigeria released
ABUJA (Reuters) - Two Americans who were
kidnapped from their ship by pirates off the
coast of Nigeria last month have been released,
the U.S. State Department said on Tuesday.
The captain and chief engineer were taken on
October 23 when gunmen attacked the U.S.-
flagged C-Retriever, a 222-foot (67 meter)
vessel owned by U.S. marine transport group
Edison Chouest Offshore.
"We welcome the release of the two U.S.
citizens who were kidnapped from the M/V C-
Retriever. For privacy reasons, we will not
provide any additional information," a State
Department official said in a statement.
Pirate attacks off Nigeria's coast have jumped
by a third this year as ships passing through
West Africa's Gulf of Guinea, a major
commodities route, have come under threat
from gangs wanting to snatch cargoes and
crews.
The White House said last month it was
increasingly concerned about the rise in piracy
off West Africa.
Unlike the waters off Somalia on the east coast
of Africa, through which ships now speed with
armed guards on board, many vessels have to
anchor to do business off West African
countries with little protection.
This makes them targets for criminals and
raises insurance costs. Kidnapped sailors and
oil workers taken in Nigerian waters are usually
released after a ransom is paid.
"It is the policy of the United States not to pay
ransom or encourage the payment of ransom
money," the State Department statement said.

Justin Bieber is a ‘marvellous and unforgettable’ lover, Brazilian model boasts
He’s pale, sort of scrawny and had to resort to
having his bodyguards carry him up the Great
Wall of China. So who would have ever guessed
Justin Bieber is a love god in the sack?
Still, let’s consider the source. Gawker reports
that Brazilian model Tati Neves has gone public
about her alleged romantic interlude with the
Canadian pop star, whom she describes as a
“marvellous and unforgettable” lover.
Roughly one week after their fleeting hookup in
Rio de Janeiro, Neves kicked off her tell-all
press tour last weekend in Brazil on the Globo
TV program titled Fantastico .
In that interview, Neves coyly said she shared a
bed with Biebs, but didn’t have sex with him.
Hey, a girl has to set limits, right?
When the interviewer asked Neves if she and
Bieber kissed, she responded: “What do you
think, if I was sleeping in the bedroom, just me
and him?” The imagination fairly boggles.
All such prim boundaries were broached two
days later, however, when Brazilian tabloid The
Sun published an exclusive interview with
Neves. On this occasion, Neves said the couple
did a whole lot more than sleep.
Among other highlights, Neves told the paper
that Bieber was “very well-endowed.” Neves
also said that when she departed Bieber’s room
in the morning, she immediately received a
voice mail from him asking her to come back,
but she had to decline because she was “too
tired.”
In the same interview, Neves said Bieber
“looked great” naked and praised the 19-year-
old singer for his “stamina” and “energy.”
Apparently the term TMI isn’t widely known or
used in Brazil.
Neves’s tales come in the wake of lurid stories
about a Panamanian prostitute stating she had
sex with Bieber and a film of him sleeping after
a supposed night of lovemaking (which some
media are reporting was posted by Neves). A
trip to the clinic once he comes back home
might be a good idea.
And while all these sexual escapade reports
may be making Bieber feel like a stud muffin,
they apparently are not going over well with his
former girlfriend Selena Gomez.
According to Hollywood Life, Gomez is terribly
upset by the news that her former beau is
making the rounds with sexy Latina ladies and
was wounded deeply by the details provided in
Neves’s interview.
Said one source: “What Tati said hurts because
Selena still has feelings for Justin and doesn’t
need or want to know what he’s doing behind
closed doors.”
Time to move on, Selena. Apparently Justin
already has.
Philippine president puts typhoon death toll at 2,000 to 2,500
The death toll from Typhoon Haiyan’s rampage
through the Philippines is closer to 2,000 or
2,500 than the 10,000 previously estimated,
President Benigno Aquino said on Tuesday as
U.S. and British warships headed toward his
nation to help with relief efforts.
“Ten thousand, I think, is too much,” Aquino
told CNN in an interview. “There was emotional
drama involved with that particular estimate.”
New York's One World Trade Center deemed tallest U.S. skyscraper
NEW YORK (Reuters) - The skyscraper at New
York's World Trade Center has been designated
the tallest building in the United States by virtue
of its spire, surpassing Chicago's Willis Tower,
an international body said on Tuesday.
The Chicago-based Council on Tall Buildings
and Urban Habitat said its Height Committee
ruled the mast atop the building, built on the
site of the attacks of September 11, 2001 and
formerly called the Freedom Tower, was a spire
and therefore a permanent feature.
If the mast were considered an antenna
instead, it would be considered functional
equipment and subject to change.
With the spire, One World Trade Center reaches
1,776 feet compared with 1,451 feet for the
Willis Tower, formerly known as the Sears
Tower. Counting its antenna, the Willis Tower
reaches 1,729 feet.
The Port Authority of New York and New
Jersey, the public entity that owns the building,
changed the name in 2009, saying it would
make the office tower more marketable for
tenants.
The council's Height Committee convened a
group of 25 architects, engineers and facade
consultants from around the world on
November 8 to consider the issue, and
ultimately decided the mast is a spire, the
council said.
Because One World Trade Center is still
incomplete, its designation will become official
once the building is occupied in 2014, the
council said. It is one of four skyscrapers
planned at the site alongside a memorial, a
museum, a transit center and a performing arts
center.
It would then become the third-highest building
in the world after Dubai's Burj Khalifa at 2,717
feet and the Makkah Royal Clock Tower in
Mecca, Saudi Arabia, at 1,972 feet.
However, four other buildings under
construction in China and one in South Korea
would be taller than One World Trade Center,
according to Emporis, a database for building
information.

Omotola's hubby gives great advise on how to make a marriage work
One thing that has been working for us as a couple is that I always encourage her to be who she wants to be. I give her full support always.
Lots of married women that are caught cheating on their husbands could be traced to the fact that some of their husbands don’t allow them explore their talents. I encourage my wife and kids to be what they want to be.
Most of the influential men and women we have in this world didn’t even go to school. So it is all about exploiting your talents.
Some women love acting but their husbands won’t let them believing that other men would touch or exploit them sexually. It is all about discipline. Those that want to cheat will cheat; it is all about self control.
